Who We Are…

Since 2012 Almuñecar Info has been a privately run marketing and informational website in English. It is our goal to help local businesses reach foreigners and to help those foreigners with their visit or move to the Costa Tropical area. We want to help ease the stress of the move and getting settled.

How We Work…

1. Look through the services we offer and decide what you would like assistance with.
2. Complete the contact form at the end by checking those items in which you’re interested.  This will help us understand your particular situation and better guide you through the process. We recommend a minimum of 1 hour of consulting for all purchases, so we can call, email, or video with you and work out your specific requirements.
3. Your answers on the form will assist us with creating your custom package quote. We will return the quote to you via email, with a link to make your purchase. Upon request, we can provide you with an invoice to send a bank transfer for payment. In order to do this we will email you to request some personal details for the invoice.
4. Once you’ve made your purchase, we will send you any ebooks or documents required to fulfill your order and get you started on your move to Costa Tropical.
5. Next,t we will create the remaining items you have selected. Within a day or two, these items will either be placed in a private Google Share folder created just for you or we will send them to you via email.
6. If you selected something with consulting time, we will schedule the call at your convenience. A time tracker spreadsheet will be created, to show where the time is being used and how much time you have remaining.
7. Some of the items may be delivered upon arrival to the Costa Tropical, depending on the nature of the service.

Meet up for coffee and chat, to get to know you and gather your likes, desires, and needs to customize the tours.  It is a great time to get some of your questions answered as well as get to know the area.  This is a question and answers consulting session.

The Big Picture Tour!  We provide an overview driving tour of the area from Taramay to La Herradura, locations may vary based on your desires. 

This tour will be in our car, and a maximum of 4 people may be passengers.  This will give you a feel for the different areas and neighborhoods of Almuñécar.  We will point out things of interest for your move along the way, as well as answer questions.

I offer a package to assist with finding a property rental. We provide unbiased feedback on location, walkability, parking, winter and summer activity, noise levels, and more. We have nothing vested in a particular property, so we will just provide you with the facts that we know about the area. We will also contact agents on your behalf for properties you are most interested in. This package includes up to 2 property viewings. I will take a rough video walkthrough of the property for you.

Lobster Mobile Spanish SIM & Wifi for your home

We are suppliers for Lobster Mobile. We can pre-register and mail you a SIM card to use in Spain. If you are moving to Costa Tropical, we can assist you in person or mail it to you in advance, so you have data and phone when you arrive in Spain. There is a small fee if we need to mail them to you outside of Spain. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Lobster Fibre is perfect for your home.

Certificate of Registration “padrón” Empadronamiento

The padrón is officially registering with the municipality of Almuñécar for the census.  This is needed for many other administrative tasks and school registration. You will receive the detailed documented process for Almuñécar & La Herradura locations. 50€

TIE Residency Card

Those on the non-lucrative visa have 30 days to complete more paperwork! We guide you through the TIE process. We will make your appointments, provide you with a checklist of what to bring with you, complete your forms online, and print all of the required documents for you. Plus, we will review your paperwork before you go. Per Person 150€

Empadronamiento & TIE Residency Card Bundle

Hourly Consulting

We consult via email or video/phone call. This can be related to any topic you want, and the time is yours to ask the questions. We prefer to receive the bulk of the questions in advance to use our time together effectively. 25€ /15 minutes
