Public School Holidays

The public schools usually run from the second week in September through the third week in June.  They are typically closed for all of the national holidays and some of the local La Herradura and Almuñécar holidays.  If one of those days happens to land on a Tuesday or Thursday, the schools may opt to have an additional day off (the Monday or Friday) to bridge the weekend.

Grocery Stores are usually closed for all national holidays and some local holidays.  We have done our best to point it out below, but do understand it can vary.
