Where is El Majuelo Park located?
The annual summer concerts in El Majuelo Park are held on the stage and seats are aligned in rows along the plaza. The park sits just below the Castle, El Castillo San Miguel. We also have a map point pinned for you on Google maps.
What Time Does It Start?
Times vary, but here are the most common times:
21:00 – that’s 9:00 p.m.
21:30 – that’s 9:30 p.m.
22:00 – that’s 10:00 p.m. (most events start at this hour, just as it becomes night, but double-check)
22:30 – that’s 10:30 p.m.

“Noches en Azul”
Almuñécar Town Hall offers free concerts and cinema on the beaches to liven up summer nights.
Noches en Azul “Nights in Blue” is an initiative that offers night concerts on the beaches of Sexi that have obtained Blue Flags. Almuñécar blue flag beaches: Velilla, Puerta del Mar, San Cristóbal, Marina del Este and La Herradura!
The Ayuntamiento has prepared a series of concerts entitled ‘Nights in Blue’, which will liven up the beaches at sunset. They are called this because they will take place on the 5 beaches where we have blue flags for the quality of our waters, sand, and services that we offer to the people of Sexita and the tourists who visit us in summer.
Bring your chairs and snacks, but clean up when you leave!
La Plaza del Sexi Concerts & Events
The new “La Plaza del Sexi” has been officially opened for summer concerts and events. This newly renovated space offers a venue for enjoying concerts, monologues, and other events. The ambiance of the evening will be set with views of the Roman Aqueduct of Almuñécar with special evening lighting. There is also a food truck available to purchase drinks with cocktail tables for gathering.
This venue will promote local and regional artists, plus activities for the little ones to make this also a family space. Please note, the capacity will be reduced, where the artists can be enjoyed a few meters from the stage. This will also allow us to respect the historic Roman Aqueduct of Almuñécar and all the measures established by the health officials.

Where is La Plaza del Sexi located?
As of 2021 the Parque del Aqueducto, “La Plaza del Sexi” has been reformed into a new cultural space for Almuñécar!
The new space occupies an area of more than 1000 m2 and is located next to the La Santa Cruz urbanization. It has been renovated to accommodate events on summer nights, with a food truck offering drinks and snacks, as well as twinkle lights and chairs. The ambiance is a spectacular setting under the old Roman Aqueduct and is sure to be a night to remember.

What Time Does It Start?
20:00 – that’s 8:00 p.m.
That’s when the doors open. You may enjoy food and drinks while waiting for nightfall.
22:30 – that’s 10:30 p.m.
The concerts usually begin around this time and run until 00:00 or so.
Where To Buy La Plaza Sexi Summer Concert Tickets?
Concerts at “La Plaza del Sexi” Almuñécar will sell tickets to the events via Entradium or at the box office, days before the show.
