Almuñécar Tourist Office

There are 2 Almuñécar tourist office locations and one in La Herradura.  Each of them is staffed with multilingual and very helpful people.  They will provide you with a local map of the area and there are plenty of brochures with things to do in Almuñécar as well.

Almunecar Tourist Office

The main tourist office is just one block in from San Cristobal Beach, off of Calle Bikini.  It is just one block from Majuelo Botanical Park and a couple of blocks from San Miguel Castle.  This tourist office was once a palace and has some beautiful gardens to enjoy.  There is also a special little house on the property, which the kids will enjoy.

We feel that the small tourist office, located in the community center, in La Herradura provides the best map of the area, but the other offices have fairly good maps too.
