Yes, Costa Tropical has a mild winter, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t cold. Mild means we don’t have 2 feet of snow and the temp doesn’t drop below zero. No matter what, just having a cup of hot chocolate doesn’t always do the trick. Sometimes you need a little more to help keep you warm.

More and more electric vehicles are on the roads and we are often asked where car charging points are located.
This parking garage is tightly packed, but there is space to charge your electric vehicle, so this is a good option for you.
This car park is very spacious and it is easy to get around. There are several bays dedicated to charging your electric vehicle.
Mercadona Garage has several electric car charging points in its parking garage. You may access the parking garage on the right side of Mercadona and charge your vehicle as you shop. Most of the charging points are located along the south wall, so as you drive into the car park they would be immediately on your left.

Each January you can enjoy the Almuñécar Cabalgata de Reyes. It will be held at 5pm on January 5th, in celebration of the Three Kings (Three Wise Men). Below we provide you details of the parade route as well as a map showing you with landmarks around town to guide you.
The Archaeological Museum Cueva de Siete Palacios, also known as the Cave of 7 Palaces. It represents the largest section of the former Roman Palace. The museum is located in what was once the basement of this Roman Palace. Inside, there are remains of the historic past of Almuñécar. Including remains found at the necropolis of Puente de Noy, Laurita, and the fish salting factory of El Majuelo.
